Summerville Family Health Team (FHT) is committed to playing an active role in increasing community access to quality family health care.
As a patient of Summerville FHT you will have the support of an inter-disciplinary team consisting of physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, social workers, dietitians, pharmacists, a physiotherapist and health promotion specialists.
