Led by social workers, this 6-week skill-building program teaches participants to reactivate their lives, think realistically, problem solve, and maintain a positive mindset. It also covers healthy eating, exercise, communication with friends and family, and preventing and dealing with relapse. Participants are provided the Antidepressant Skills Workbook.
Suitable for: Individuals with mild to moderate depression.
Frequency: 3 times a year (fall, winter, spring). Weekly 1.5 hour sessions for six weeks.
