No Show/Missed Appointment Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. Patients will be given one warning for missing a scheduled appointment. This includes both virtual and in-office appointments.

Following this, any missed appointments will incur a 'no show' fee. Please speak to your health care provider if you have an emergency situation or extenuating circumstances regarding missed appointments or payments. Please note, multiple missed appointments following a warning may result in dismissal from the practice.

Prescription Renewals
If you require a prescription renewal for a long-term medication, please call your pharmacy and ask them to fax us a prescription renewal request.

Referrals
If your physician has referred you to a specialist, it can take up to 4-6 weeks for the referral to be triaged by the specialist’s office. If you have not heard back about an appointment after this time, please contact our office.
