Effective Friday, August 21, building management has completed the implementation of the new parking system for all visitors to 89 and 101 Queensway West. As a result, there are a few temporary changes to the process when entering and exiting the parking lot.

• When entering the parking lot, press the button to receive a parking ticket. Please keep this ticket with you during your appointment.

• When you arrive at our office, we will provide you with a parking barcode. You will be asked to take a picture of this barcode with your cell phone.

• After your appointment, go to the main-floor payment station. Insert your parking ticket and then scan the barcode provided by our office from your cell phone.

• Your 1.5 hours of complimentary parking will be applied. Any remaining balance, if applicable, will appear on the screen.
• If a payment is required, tap your debit or credit card to complete the payment.
• When leaving the parking lot, insert your parking ticket at the exit terminal to open the gate.

Please remember to bring a valid debit or credit card to every appointment at 89 or 101 Queensway West. Cash is not accepted.  We appreciate your patience and cooperation as building management transitions to this new parking system. Thank you for your understanding.
